Planner can add a link to the page that will allow you users to
quickly and easily add a record to the list, dependent upon the list
and user permissions.
In the Planner Appearance section of the tool part you have 3
options for configuring how an Add New Item link should appear.
Bottom
By default an Add New Item link is
put at the bottom of the web part.
