At Pentalogic we offer free telephone and email support to all customers using our SharePoint webparts- including those evaluating our webparts on free trial. For those needing guaranteed response times and major version upgrades we offer a Premium Support package for a small fee - see below for details.

Our preferred method of contact for technical support is email.  When emailing technical support please include as much detail as possible in your email.  If it helps to explain your query why not include a screenshot by pressing CTRL+PRINT SCREEN then copy and paste into your email.
