Highlighter - Configuration
When adding a new column select the "Pentalogic Highlighter" column type
You can choose between 3 different styles of highlighting

You can choose how the new column is added to existing views - all views or only the default one and on the left or the right.
Rules can be setup automatically or manually for more complex cases, but its important that you understand the order (or precedence) of the rules to get the most out of advanced rules.
