Configuration Tool - Web Parts in use

After selecting Read File this tab displays a list of all the Reminder Web Parts in use on your server, their licensed status, , the date and time they were first configured,  the page they have been added to and how often they are checked.

If you double click on a row a browser window will open at the relevant page. You can sort the list in ascending/descending order by clicking on the relevant column.

The tab also displays a summary of the number of licences in use and any unused or available licences.

This list is not updated immediately a web part is added or deleted but should be updated within a few minutes.

Note - if any Reminder Web Parts are listed as Unlicensed they will not be processed by the Reminder Service and no email reminders will be sent.
