Email based technical support is included in the purchase price.
We will, of course, also provide technical support for those evaluating our software.
When emailing Technical Support please include as much detail as possible in your email. If it helps describe your query why not include a screenshot using CTRL + PRINT SCREEN and then Copy > Paste into an email?
