Diagnostics

The Configuration Tool has a diagnostics tool to help solve common configuration problems.

You can start the Configuration Tool from Start > Programs > Pentalogic > SharePoint Reminder > configuration Tool or c:\Program Files\Pentalogic\SharePoint Reminder\Pentalogic.SharePointReminder.Configuration12.exe

Click on Run Diagnostics and follow the prompts until you sucessfully get a Test Email at the end.

Follow the steps listed in the wizard and if you require any help then you can save the results of the diagnostics utility and contact us for further help.
