TeamTime - Reports
These pages allow managers to view and export the hours for their entire team:

At the top of the page you can see the report controls:
- Start and End Date: These control the date range the report covers
- Date range selection: Alternatively a pre-set date can be chosen from the date range quick select:
- Date grouping: This controls the time each column covers:
The entries in the report beneath the controls can be collapsed and expanded using the plus and minus icons.
Lastly, to export the report into an Excel-friendly format, click the web part settings menu (at the top right of the web part), and select 'Export to Excel':
How do I change the columns Grouped by?
The change a report's grouping for all users, select Edit Web Part from the web part menu (as pictured above).
You will then see the following configuration options on the right:
Simply change these to the columns you wish to group on (including Custom columns). The order of the columns in the configuration is the order they will be used to group the data.
Click Ok to update the web part.
