TeamTime - Analysis

The Analysis pages allow managers to views graphs representing the hours worked by their team.

These pages only show data from timesheets that have been approved.

There are five graphs analysing different aspects of the data. In the top right is a filtering control that allows them to look at specific subsets of the data.

To analyse specific subset of data, use the filtering control (top right).

There are two Analysis pages; the first ('By Week') shows the data based on weeks (e.g. this week, last week), much like the timesheets themselves. The other page ('By Month') shows the data based on months. Both pages only show data for timesheets that have been approved.

The graphs/analysis are produced by an embedded version of PivotPoint provided free with TeamTime, which can only be used within a TeamTime site. To use this functionality elsewhere in your SharePoint installation, you will need to purchase a license from the PivotPoint product page. The filtering control is an embedded version of FilterPoint, which can similarly be used elsewhere by purchasing a license from the FilterPoint product page.
