Upgrading SharePoint Planner to Version 2

We do not charge annual support and maintenance fees. Email technical support and maintenance releases are included in the purchase price.

Our policy is to make 'Minor' product updates (1.3, 1.4 etc) available free of charge. For example SharePoint Planner v1 had 9 upgrades over two years adding over a dozen new features.

'Major' updates (v1, v2 etc) will be released every 1 to 2 years and made available at a discounted upgrade price for existing customers according to the following schedule :-

• If you purchased SharePoint Planner within 90 days of a new Major version being released you will be entitled to a free upgrade.

(Version 2 was released on the 20th July 2007 therefore if you purchased v1 after 21st April 2007 you will be entitled to a free upgrade)

• Otherwise you will be entitled to a 25% discount.

You will need an 'Upgrade Coupon' to receive the discount. If you haven't already received it please contact  support@pentalogic.net including your original order information.
